Hello! I am Garry Culler and what a joy it is to be a part of the pastoral staff here at Mt. Pleasant Church. I have been involved in pastoral ministry for the past thirty years, serving a number of churches here in the Cumberland Valley. In July of 2002, I accepted the position of Pastor of Congregational Care and in a sense “came home” to Mt. Pleasant, the church I grew up in and the only church I knew before going into pastoral ministry.
I am involved in various aspects of the ministry of the church. Visitation is my primary duty, however, I am involved in some teaching, training in several areas, and preaching when needed. It is certainly a blessing to be able to reach out to those I come in contact with as we endeavor to introduce folks to the saving knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is then that the opportunities are presented to help those same people seek to live their daily lives, following hand in hand with Jesus, moving on to maturity as together our faith is increased and strengthened within the family of God here at Mt. Pleasant. If I can be of any assistance to you, you are very welcome to contact me here at the church.
